2. Products

The placement of products by S&E chic constitutes a contractual offer regarding the respective item. The information on the offers such as size, dimensions and color are only indicative.

By executing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The listed prices are accepted prices when placing the order.

Following the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation from S&E chic by e-mail.

S&E chic has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of three days after receipt of the order. A statement of reasons is not required. S&E chic shall inform the customer and refund any purchase amount already paid.

3. Product prices and payment

The prices stated in the order confirmation are decisive for the purchase contract.

Unless otherwise agreed, the product prices plus shipping costs are listed in Swiss francs. Value added tax is included.

Errors and price changes are reserved. S&E chic may change prices at any time. The following methods of payment are available to the customer: by credit card, cash, Twint or by advance payment (bank transfer, e-banking). The invoice amount for advance payment must be paid within 14 days after placing the order. In case of non-payment within this period, S&E chic may cancel the order.
S&E chic reserves the right to demand advance payment at any time and independently for orders on account. In this case the customer will be contacted by email or phone.

4. Delivery times

Generally, the delivery time is about 4 days if the products are in stock. If the articles must be produced first, we deliver after arrangement.

The delivery period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the full amount requested and in the case of cash payment, the delivery period begins upon receipt of the order confirmation.

5. Delivery

If possible, delivery will be made by Swiss Post. If the items are too large or too heavy, the delivery will be made by S&E chic or by another parcel service after consultation.

S&E chic is entitled to make partial deliveries at no additional cost to the customer.

If a wrong delivery address is given by the customer and for this reason the orders do not arrive at the customer, cannot be found and /or are not returned to us by the post office, these are still to be paid in full by the buyer due to his own fault.

6. Reservation of proprietary rights

7. Compensation

S&E chic assumes no liability as a result of improper handling or use for our sold products.

8. Return and exchange

For stock items, the customer has a right of return during 14 days after receipt of the goods. However, returned items must be in perfect and unused condition and must be returned in the original packaging. In advance, we ask you to inform us by email about the return.

Individual and custom-made products are excluded from the right of return.
